When you are being judged you are also judging yourself.
You cannot change someone else, you can only change yourself.
Judging yourself or others is criticism. Do you judge/others and deprecate your words or actions or do you give yourself feedback to improve? Judgement is negative restriction where as feedback is analysis for self-improvement. You may want someone else to change so that you feel good, but this is conditional, and you are not in control. When you feel good without the conditions or relying on outside stimuli then you are in control of your thoughts feelings and happiness.
